Bio:
Life is all about learning, so let’s learn together! All ages and skill levels are welcome!
I started playing the piano and violin around the age of 11. Taking what I had learned through playing the violin in orchestra throughout middle and high school, I taught myself how to play the piano until I entered college, and have been in love with it ever since. While studying at Pacific Lutheran University in December 2019, I had the chance to study with various world class musicians including, Dr. Jane Harty, Dr. Oksana Ezhokina, Dr. Gregory Youtz, Dr. Lark Powers, Dr. Ricardo de la Torre, and many more. While my studies were primarily focused on piano, I also was a member of the University Symphony Orchestra for 2 years as a violinist performing incredible works such as Shostakovich’s Symphony No. 5, and premiered various works from contemporary composers.
I have an unending thirst for knowledge, a passion for piano, and believe in a holistic approach to music. Anyone anywhere at any age and any ability, music is for all. Whether listening, playing, or performing for a packed crowd or even at home for pleasure.
